Eastern Front Gaming was founded in Ukraine in 2022 with the goal of creating a gaming community for female gamers. EFG aims to provide support, commoraderie and a safe space for our players. Our gaming teams represent Ukraine in the international gaming community.
Terms And Conditions
All players and associates of Easter Front Gaming agree to the following terms when signing up through our online form. The terms and conditions exist to support a positive gaming experience and so that players can gain the maximum benefit from their collaboration with Eastern Front Gaming's efforts to promote them.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Players agree to the following policies when representing Eastern Front Gaming while playing, chatting, posting, appearing etc. in phyical and virtaul spaces:

There is no room for Trolling, Inting, Raging, or Negative Spamming;

Maintain and support a friendly, safe, welcoming, and fun environment for all gamers and staff, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or religion;
Players may be sanctioned, banned or suspended for violations. All determinations of appropriate or inappropriate behavior are at the sole discretion of the Eastern Front Gaming staff/sponsors. Their decision(s) will be final.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Players may to appear, when invited or as needed, at the discretion of Easter Front Gaming, in promotions on social media platforms. Such promotions may include, but are not limited to: live streams, posted videos, social media posts, blog posts, channels, and paid or unpaid promotional campaigns. Such expenses for these promotions will be covered by Eastern Front Gaming and are free for players unless otherwise stupilated in a separate agreement.
PERSONAL
DATA
To the extent required for the participation in online gaming and social media activity, these Terms and Conditions entail processing of personal data within the meaning of applicable data protection laws of personal data within the meaning of applicable data protection laws. Players recognize the need for Eastern Front Gaming to be allowed to use naming rights for regular gameplay, live streams, tournaments, social media promotions, etc. Naming rights include, but are not limited to: usernames, handles, player names, voice, image, etc. Players grant general use of naming rights to EFG; however, Any revenue sharing will be covered in separate agreements with players.
LEGAL
Players can present themselves as players of Eastern Front Gaming and use logos, skins and other branding materials provided to them by Eastern Front Gaming. The logos and branding materials remian the property of Eastern Front Gamaing. These Terms and Conditions are intended to facilitate normal gaming and social media activities. Any revenue sharing or professional player conditions will be covered in individual, separate agreements with players.
